GROUP HIIT FITNESS CLASSES WITH Karen
HIIT High Intensity Interval Training Monday, Wednesday & Friday 8am & 11am
8 intervals with 8 exercises in each interval performed for 20 seconds,
10 seconds of rest between each exercise
60 seconds of rest between each interval, followed with post exercise stretching.
MODERATE Fitness Class Monday, Wednesday & Friday 10 a.m.
'Functional Fitness' interval exercises through the use of seats (bench) & standing support (bar).
Strengthen muscles for daily tasks by emulating common movements used at home.
Functional Fitness also emphasizes core stability to increase balance capability. Class is designed
to increase muscle strength & range of movement for daily living. Light stretching follows.
WORK-OUT AFTER WORK HIIT Monday & Wednesday 5:00 p.m.
Choose your style of Interval Workout (High Intensity or Moderate) and the number of intervals.
A maximum of 8 intervals will be offered with 8 exercises performed for 20 seconds with
10 seconds of rest between each exercise and 90 seconds of rest between each intervals.
